Taking care of the Masjid and the center by regular cleaning  is something  praiseworthy and encouraged. Inshallah, The one who does that will be rewarded by Allah for this good deed. For this purpose, All Muslims, especially in HigashiHiroshima, are encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of our Masjid and Islamic Center. Every week, one group will be assigned to perform cleaning duty at the Masjid and Islamic Center. In regular cleaning, we clean:

• All Carpeted area ( Main Prayer Hall, Seminar Rooms)
• Wudhu places and the toilets
• Library, Kitchen and Multipurpose Room
• Lobby on the 5th floor, elevator and the main entrance of the Masjid

Moreover,  specific dates will be designated to perform the cleaning by all of us, we call it general cleaning. It is done twice or thrice a year to clean more areas other than mentioned in the regular cleaning such as:

• Masjid Balconies.
• Corridors in different floors of the center.
• Garbage place.
• Parking Area.
• Area behind the center building.
